Serve on a Team
There are many opportunities & ways to serve at Good News. Look over this list and fill out form below to volunteer.
Audio, Video & Tech: The A/V team manages sight and sound for Sunday services. (Think lighting, sound board, camera, microphones, etc.) If you are passionate about one of these areas, or would like to learn, let us hear from you.
Worship Team: This team provides the music portion of Sunday worship services. If you play an instrument or sing, this team is for you.
Social Media: Who doesn’t have social media these days? We have so many avenues to connect with our community. If social media is your passion, let’s talk!
Office Team: Love to pay attention to detail? Enoy designing flyers, producing bulletins, or working with numbers? Here's the place to help keep our projects and accounts in order.
Facility Maintenance: Church buildings need upkeep just like any other place. This team helps ensure that our church building is kept in great shape.
Prayer Team: This team cares for the needs of others through prayer. There are opportunities to pray with and for others in person on Sundays as well as during the week through the email prayer chain.
Kids & Nursery: Do you have a passion for working with kids? If so, this is where you can encourage them in their faith and relationship with Jesus while having fun with songs, puppets or craft projects.
Students: If you relate and connect well with teens, there are many opportunities here to make an impact. Whether it is leading a group discussion or organizing games and outings, this is the place for you!
Hospitality: Do you enjoy meeting people and making them feel welcome? Or how about setting up an appealing coffee cart with goodies? This team would be perfect for you!
Path Team: People on this team value helping others learn and grow in their relationship with God. If you enjoy leading discussions and encouraging spiritual growth, you'd do well on this team.
Life Groups: Groups are the way for adults to connect and encourage each other in their faith. Leading a group discussion or hosting a group are great ways to serve here. If you enjoy encouraging others to grow in their relationships with God and others, this is just the place for you.
